Most operators have the book loaded within a few days. Upload your first business export, connect Stripe if you want pay links, and we walk through setup on a call.
What data do you need from me?
A field business system export (customer balances, aging, stop history) and a route manager export (account details). You probably already run these for your own records. Route Balance imports them and builds Today, Prelist, and Customers from what they contain.
How much does it cost?
Pilot seats are free. No card. If you stay after the pilot, we agree a price together in writing — Route Balance never bills you automatically.
Who controls my data?
You do. Route Balance imports your dealer business exports and runs analysis on them. It never writes back to your source systems. Request a full data export or deletion at any time.
Does it work on an iPad or a phone?
Yes. Route Balance runs in the browser as a full-screen web app on iPad, phone, or laptop. Install it to the home screen from the browser menu; there is nothing to download from an app store. It keeps your place from stop to stop.
