What Route Balance Does

Route Balance is an operational reporting and intelligence service. It imports data from your business exports, computes metrics, and generates plain-language summaries of what that data shows. Every number traces back to a source document you provided.

What Route Balance Does Not Do

AI-generated output from Route Balance — briefings, forecasts, variance narratives, anomaly flags, and all other Service Output — is informational and operational only. Service Output is NOT:

  • financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice;
  • a substitute for the judgment of a Certified Public Accountant, attorney, registered investment adviser, or other licensed professional;
  • a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or take any specific business action;
  • a guarantee of any business, financial, or operational outcome.

No Professional Relationship

Route Balance is not a registered investment adviser under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, not a CPA firm regulated by the Florida Board of Accountancy or any other state board, and not a law firm. Using Route Balance does not create an adviser–client, accountant–client, or attorney–client relationship.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for verifying Service Output against your own books, records, and professional advisers before relying on it. For questions about your tax obligations, investment decisions, legal rights, or accounting treatment, consult a qualified CPA, licensed attorney, or registered investment adviser.

Data Accuracy

Service Output is only as accurate as the data you import. Route Balance does not independently verify the completeness or accuracy of data provided by you or your point-of-sale system. Discrepancies between Service Output and your actual records should be reconciled with your own financial statements and professional advisers.
