Do you charge per stop?
No. Flat monthly. Your stop count doesn't change what you pay.
Do you take a cut of payments collected through Route Balance?
We don't take a cut on payments. Your card processing rate is standard Stripe pricing (2.9% + $0.30) — we have no markup. One prevented bad debt pays for Route Balance for a year.
How does multi-franchise pricing work?
Solo covers your first franchise (one dealer number). If you run two franchises, you add a second seat at $129/mo. At three franchises you auto-upgrade to Multi at $349/mo flat — same price as two add-ons but with extra seats, driver roles, and a year of audit log. At five franchises you move to Fleet at $699/mo flat.
What counts as a franchise?
Each dealer number is one franchise. If you have three trucks each registered under a different dealer number, that's three franchises. If you run two trucks under the same dealer number, that's one franchise with two trucks.
Can all my franchises share one QuickBooks?
Yes. One Route Balance account, one QuickBooks connection. All your franchises route through the same account — you see consolidated financials and can slice by franchise in QuickBooks.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee. We'll help you get your first business export imported and the cockpit configured for your route.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts. Cancel at the end of the billing cycle. We'll export your data on request.
