Do you charge per stop?
No. Flat monthly. Your stop count doesn't change what you pay.
Do you take a cut of payments collected through Route Balance?
We don't take a cut on payments. Your card processing rate is standard Stripe pricing (2.9% + $0.30) — we have no markup. One prevented bad debt pays for Route Balance for a year.
How does multi-truck pricing work?
Billing follows truck count. One truck is Solo. A second truck adds $129/mo. Three or four trucks is Multi at $349/mo flat. Five or more trucks is Fleet at $699/mo. Dealer numbers and trucks are not the same thing — if two trucks share one dealer number, that is still two trucks.
What counts as a truck?
A truck is a seat on the route that needs its own book or driver login. A dealer number is the franchise identifier. We bill trucks. The franchise switcher is how an owner with more than one dealer number moves between books.
Can all my franchises share one QuickBooks?
Yes. One Route Balance account, one QuickBooks connection. All your franchises route through the same account — you see consolidated financials and can slice by franchise in QuickBooks.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee. We'll help you get your first business export imported and the cockpit configured for your route.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts. Cancel at the end of the billing cycle. We'll export your data on request.
