How much does it cost?
Flat monthly. No per-stop fees, no percentage of collections, no per-seat math. We're still in pilot, so pricing is set per dealer based on scope. Fill out the contact form and Kyle will walk you through it.
Who controls my data?
You do. Your Snap-on data is yours. Route Balance imports your FBS and FMGR exports and runs analysis on them — it doesn't modify your source systems. You can request a full data export or deletion at any time.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel anytime. No contracts. You can export your data within 30 days of cancellation. After that, data is deleted per our privacy policy.
What's my relationship with Snap-on?
Route Balance is not affiliated with Snap-on Tools Co. in any way. It reads FBS and FMGR export files that you already have access to as a franchisee. No Snap-on systems are accessed or modified.
How long does onboarding take?
Most dealers have the cockpit loaded with real data within one day. You'll upload your first FBS/FMGR export, connect Stripe if you want payment links, and you're live. Kyle walks through setup on a call.
What data do you need from me?
An FBS export (customer balances, aging, stop history) and an FMGR export (account details). You probably already run these for your own records. Route Balance imports them and builds the cockpit from what they contain.
Do you work with my existing payment processor?
Payment links use Stripe. If you already have a Stripe account, connect it and you're done. If not, setting one up takes about 10 minutes.
How fast do you respond to support questions?
Same business day for most things. Kyle answers support directly. No ticket queue, no bot.
Does it work on iPad?
Yes. Route Balance runs in Safari on iPad as a full-screen web app. It installs to the home screen as a standalone app — no App Store required.
Does it work on Android?
Yes, via Chrome. Install to home screen from the browser menu.
What about multi-truck pricing?
We have a Pro Multi tier for operators running two or more trucks. Contact us for details — it's built for your situation.
How is my data secured?
PostgreSQL Row Level Security isolates every dealer's data at the database layer. Payments use Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant). All data in transit is HTTPS. See the Security page for the full breakdown.
