How much does it cost?
$149.95/mo for the first three months, then $199/mo. No per-stop fees, no percentage of collections. One prevented bad debt pays for Route Balance for a year. See our pricing page for full details.
Who controls my data?
You do. Your data is yours. Route Balance imports your business system exports and runs analysis on them. It doesn't modify your source systems. Request a full data export or deletion at any time.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel anytime. No contracts. You can export your data within 30 days of cancellation. After that, data is deleted per our privacy policy.
How long does onboarding take?
Most dealers have the book loaded within a few days. You'll upload your first business export, connect Stripe if you want pay links, and we walk through setup on a call. Contact says we aim to have you live within one week.
What data do you need from me?
A field business system export (customer balances, aging, stop history) and a route manager export (account details). You probably already run these for your own records. Route Balance imports them and builds Today, Prelist, and Customers from what they contain.
Do you work with my existing payment processor?
Payment links use Stripe. If you already have a Stripe account, connect it and you're done. If not, setting one up takes about 10 minutes.
How fast do you respond to support questions?
We answer support from the team. The app also has a Support & Ideas page. Aim is same business day for most things.
Does it work on iPad?
Yes. Route Balance runs in Safari on iPad as a full-screen web app. Installs to your home screen. No App Store required.
Does it work on Android?
Yes. Install it to the home screen from the browser menu.
What about multi-truck pricing?
Billing follows truck count. One truck is Solo at $199/mo after the intro. A second truck adds $129/mo. Three or four trucks is Multi at $349/mo. Five or more is Fleet at $699/mo. See the pricing page.
How is my data secured?
Your data is isolated from every other operator's. Card numbers never touch us. They go directly to your payment account. Everything moves over encrypted connections.
